Refunds, Returns & Cancellation


We are committed to providing you with an unbeatable shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may cancel, return or be refunded for your purchase. Once your purchase has been processed, we will hold it for a maximum of 5 days from the date of purchase. If your purchase is not picked up within this time, your order will be cancelled and a credit issued to your account.
 
If your purchase is damaged during ATL delivery, we will exchange or repair it at no cost to you. It is the duty of the buyer or his agent to examine all goods immediately upon receipt and claims shall be notified to ATL within 3 days of the buyer taking possession. If notification is not received by the company within this period, ATL shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim. Where your purchase is deemed unrepairable, we will exchange, issue a rebate or credit your account. 
 
Custom/special orders are items where a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g., finish, colour, size) or where a manufacturer builds only to order and are non-returnable.
